Someone caught a glimpse of herself in the mirror last night. That someone may or may not have only been wearing underwear and a sports bra at the time.
Someone was not happy with what they saw.
Someone may have taken a photo of themselves. Someone may have labeled that photo "Before."
And NO ONE will be posting that photo here, or anywhere else for that matter.
I've been purposefully lazy for the last two weeks. I've rested a ton, slept like a rock and feel pretty darn good. Now it's time to get moving.
No crazy diets. No hardcore workout routines. It's just time to implement some common sense.
It's time for exercise to re-appear in the routine. Barre3, running and my favorite BodyWorks + Abs class at the gym on Wednesday nights {no more Wednesday night soccer practice!}.
It's time to chill out on the crap food and beer. More meals at home, less sugar, limit the alcohol. Guzzle the water.
Basically, get up off the damn couch.
Shouldn't be too difficult. Right?
